60 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the product to Blue Orb, Inc. within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. To request a complete refund of the purchase call Blue Orb, Inc. Customer Support in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be shipped back to Blue Orb, Inc. in their original or equivalent packaging and be returned in an as new condition. The package must be marked to the RMA and include the proof of purchase and any other items included with the original package. Packages shall be insured (or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment) and the shipping must be prepaid by the customer. After 60 days, this return policy will cease and the standard warranty terms and conditions will apply.
